1. Prepare paper, pen and tape measure.
2. Measure these body measurements: height, chest, waist and hips.
3. Write down the measurements and compare them with size charts.

For jackets, you also measure the sleeve length.
For corsetry and bras you also need the
Underbust measurement and cup size. The shoe size is
from the length of the foot.

Determine size: Instructions

Prepare a flexible tape measure, tight-fitting underwear
and a full-length mirror. When measuring, have your
best help from a friend.

1. Height : Stand barefoot at a door frame,
   mark your height and measure the distance.
2. Chest circumference : Measure at chest height and eighth
   on relaxed breathing.
3. Underbust circumference : Measure directly under the bust,
   without cutting.
4. Waist circumference : measure at navel height,
   without inclination.
5. Hip circumference : Measure the fullest part of your upper body.
6. Sleeve length : Measure from the shoulder to the wrist.
7. Inseam : Measure the inside leg length or on a
   matching trousers.
8. Foot length : Draw the foot outline on paper
   and measure from heel to toe.

After you have taken all the measurements,
Compare them with size charts and choose the right size.

Size chart women's outerwear

The Babara fashion size chart shows chest, waist and
hip circumference and assigns them to normal, short and long sizes.

Find your size: Compare your measurements with the columns and select the appropriate row. For example, if your chest measurement is 85 centimeters, look for the row "82 - 86". Then select the column that corresponds to your height. Regular sizes apply to 165 to 172 centimeters, short sizes to under 165 centimeters and long sizes to over 172 centimeters.
