Answer: Yes, you can change your delivery address as long as your order has not been processed. To do so, please contact our customer service with your order number and the new address details.

Question 6: What is the Babara Mode credit account?
Answer: The Babara-Mode credit account is a virtual account to which refunds or loyalty gifts are credited. This credit can be used for future orders, but it is not possible to pay out the credit. Reduced items are generally refunded via our credit procedure. We will cover your return costs and also transfer them to your credit account, so that your return is cost-neutral and therefore free of charge.
Question 7: Can I track my order?
